Booking
Please schedule appointments through the Scheduler on this website, DM’s and Text Messages are no longer accepted. Your Appointment is not set until a non refundable deposit of $20 is sent and received. This deposit goes toward the service.
Cancellations
Successful cancellations require 24 hours notice, appointments cancelled within this time frame can be rescheduled if not , your deposit is non refundable. That will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
No-shows will not be rebooked. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Conduct
Please allot yourself enough travel time to get to your appointment to avoid being late, there is a 15 minute grace period. However, after 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled with the option of rescheduling.
Please ensure that your nails are clean and free of any prior nail treatments. In order to experience the full quality of work, we do not do foreign fills.
Guests are allowed, however the space can only accomodate up to one other individual. Please make prior arrangements for babies and small children.
COVID-19
If you are sick or have been in contact with anyone who is sick or has been infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, you will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule.
We recommend you sanitize before your appointment. You will also be required to wash your hands upon arrival and mid appointment.
Please complete the COVID-19 form at the end of your booking.
Refunds
Due to the time and effort I put into this service there will be NO monetary refunds. If any problems arise with the service do not hesitate to communicate with me and I will try my best to accommodate but as for refunds it will not be possible.
